Holiday pre-orders go live on Monday, December 14th at 2pm.Due to the extremely high demand and our limited staff, items will sell out fast! We wish we could make unlimited amounts of everything but we're just a small team of 3 trying our best while prioritizing safety during this pandemic. Thanks so much in advance for understanding!
The following items will be available for pickup (we don't ship/deliver) at our bakery on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD IN BETWEEN 11AM AND 630 PM.
Our bakery is located at 2636 W Chicago, 60622 in West Town, Chicago. When you arrive, please stay outside, call the number on the door, and let us know the full name your order was placed under. We will hand your order off to you. No customers are allowed inside the bakery at this time in order to keep both you and us safe!
Please note that there are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup day. We are baking your treats fresh and holding them just for you, so if anything comes up, you are responsible for notifying us before the items are baked. Orders that aren't picked up by 630pm on the 23rd will be donated--no holds, no exceptions. Our bakery will be closed from the 24th-27th so please please plan accordingly!
Holiday Pickup FAQ'S:
Can I send someone else to pick up my order? Yes, absolutely! All they need to do is present your order number or your full name at pickup. Please make sure they tell us YOUR NAME (the name the order was placed under), not theirs.
Can I come any time in between 11am and 6pm? Yep, anytime in between those hours is fine!
What is the parking situation like over there? There is free parking up and down Chicago Ave!
I really want treats but can't pick up on the 23rd.Can I pick up the day before/after? Sorry love! The day before we'll be super busy in the kitchen baking, cooling, packaging, and preparing all of the orders. We'll be on a tight schedule and can't have anything done early, so pick up is available on the 23rd only. We will be closed from the 24th-27th.
Will there be extra treats available for those of us who didn't pre-order? We won't have any first come first items available on pickup day to avoid lines, but if by chance we are able to make any extra items in addition to pre-orders, we will put them up for sale online here at 6pm the day before pickups.
Do you ship/deliver? We are only offering treats for PICKUP ONLY at this time, but you can order slices of our cake for delivery at our wholesalers: The Handlebar and Uptons Breakroom.
How should I store my treats? Cakes and cup-cakes should be refrigerated until a couple of hours before you plan on eating them and taste best served at room temperature! They also freeze well for up to one month. Cookie boxes should be kept at room temp on the counter and should be transferred to an air-tight container if they aren't consumed within 1-2 days. You can also plastic wrap the box they're in to keep them more fresh.
Are your treats allergen free? Our treats contain wheat and soy products and we use tree nuts and peanuts often in the kitchen as well. We would not recommend our treats to anyone with severe nut allergies.
What is your cancellation policy? No-shows/cancelations made within 48 hours of pickup day will not be refunded or held. If you need to cancel before the 48 hour mark, please email us asap (NO instagram/Facebook DMS).
