Due to the high demand, some items may sell out fast! If you have your heart set on something, we highly recommend being ready to place your order right at 6pm on the 13th.
Thanksgiving pickups are in between 11AM AND 6PM on Wednesday, November 23RD at our bakery, located at 2636 W Chicago, 60622 in West Town, Chicago. When you arrive, come inside and tell us your ORDER NUMBER from your confirmation email and we'll hand your treats off to you. Make sure to let us know if you placed multiple orders--they will show up separately in our system.
Note that there are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup day and you are required to agree to this policy at checkout. Items that aren't picked up by 6pm on the 23RD will be donated to prevent waste, so please plan accordingly! Our shop will be closed completely from the 24th-28th so our full staff can rest and spend time with family, so we will not be able to accommodate late or alternate pickups for folks who don't show up by 6pm on the 23RD. We will not be checking our email inbox on Thanksgiving.

Can I send someone else to pick up my order? Yes, absolutely! All they need to do is give us your order number or your full name at pickup. Please make sure they tell us YOUR NAME (the name the order was placed under), not theirs.
Can I swing by any time in between 11 and 6pm on the 23RD? Yep, anytime in between those hours is fine! Please take care to arrive on time, since we will be closing up shop promptly at 6pm and will not stay past these set hours.
What is the parking situation like over there? There is free street parking up and down Chicago Ave, the street our bakery is on!
I really want treats but can't pick up on the 23RD. Can I pick up the day before/after? The day before we'll be super busy in the kitchen baking, cooling, packaging, and preparing all of the orders. We'll be on a tight schedule and can't have anything done early, so pick up is available on the 23RD only. We will be closed completely from the 24th-28th so all items must be picked up on the 23RD, no exceptions.
Will there be extra treats available for those of us who didn't pre-order? If by chance we are able to make any extra items in addition to pre-orders, they will be available on a first come first serve basis at the bakery on pickup day. Watch our story on instagram/facebook for updates on that.
Do you ship/deliver? We are offering treats for PICKUP ONLY at this time.
How should I store my treats? Pumpkin and pecan pies should be refrigerated until serving, and Apple pies can stay on the counter at room temp. Cakes & cupcakes should be refrigerated until about a half hour before you plan on eating them and taste best served at room temperature!
Are your treats allergen free? Our treats contain wheat and soy products and we use tree nuts, coconut, and peanuts often in the kitchen as well. We would not recommend our treats to anyone with gluten, soy, or severe nut allergies.
What is your cancellation/no-show policy? Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup day. No-shows, forgotten pickups, or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. We are baking your treats fresh and holding them until closing time just for you, so if you don't show up, we are not able to sell them to anyone else and they go completely to waste. If something comes up and you need to cancel before the 48 hour mark, please email us asap (NO social DMS please!) and we'll be happy to help you!
